Giving Back to Our Community

Listen. Connect. Collect.
It’s the way we do business at work and in our community.

At Zealandia Capital, we believe strongly in paying it forward and giving it back to those who are less fortunate. It allows each member of the Zealandia team the opportunity to reflect and realize how fortunate we truly are. It is the way we do business, and it is the way we live our values through corporate engagement that improves the lives of others.

Listen: By listening to the community, we learn where the greatest needs are, and then we get involved…with Buncombe County United Way, with the regional food bank that serves the 18 counties of Western North Carolina, with community-based programs that address homelessness and improve the health and well-being of veterans and low income families.

Connect: Zealandia Capital employees connect with each other and Asheville’s community-based not-for-profit organizations. We volunteer quarterly. We contribute individually and collectively, and we work together to make Asheville and Buncombe County a better place to live for all who call it home.

Collect: At the end of 2016, Zealandia Capital Inc. employees raised $2,500 during a drawdown at the beginning of December and used the proceeds to purchase toys and other gifts for children in need.
